Lebda Cement Plant (the CLIENT) intends to upgrade the bypass dedusting system at Lebda Cement Plant. 

The offer covers the engineering, equipment supply, civil and erection works, commissioning and start up on turnkey basis. The bypass system project will be executed in cooperation with the well-known technology and equipment supplier REDECAM from Italy. Both of the partners PARTNER TEKNİK (the CONTRACTOR) and REDECAM had successfully cooperated in dedusting projects in the past in Libya. 

The aim of the revamp is to install a new bypass equipment that will reduce the temperature of the kiln gases to a value around 200 – 220 °C at the inlet of the new bag filter.

- Basic engineering 

- Detail engineering 

  - Structural Steel Engineering 

  - Civil Engineering 

  - Mechanical engineering 

  - Electrical engineering 

- Supply of the equipment, steel structure and civil material on CFR basis, 

- Dismantling of the existing filter, related ducts and parts, 

- Construction of foundations required for new supplied equipment and parts, 

- Erection of the equipment and material, 

- Commissioning and start-up, 

- Training of the operation personnel during commissioning at site. 

As nominated subcontractor REDECAM will realize; 

- Basic Design, 

- Process engineering, 

- Engineering of the quenching area and the filter, 

- Supply of main process equipment, 

- Supervision of commissioning and start-up.
