Detailed examination of the existing ship unloading system electrical and control system, necessary engineering work to transform the Direct Current system into an Alternative Current system, supply and delivery of materials to be replaced with new ones, disassembly of the equipment to be changed, preparation of the necessary places for the assembly of the new equipment, assembly of electrical and mechanical equipment, replacing the existing relay control system with the modern SIMATIC S7 system, replacing the complete crane walking drive units with modern drives and drivers, replacing the material weighing units and bands, replacing the existing operator cabin with a new one and replacing the entire communication system, all necessary mechanical repair and repairs, commissioning and testing, field cleaning and demobilization. |
